The Original represents the heart of the distillery – an elegant, smoothly matured single malt that is aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and is renowned for its floral lightness and creamy texture. The Quinta Ruban, aged 14 years, is finished in port casks and delights with its fruity depth, dark chocolate and spicy elegance. The Lasanta, aged 15 years, is matured in Oloroso and PX sherry casks, bringing to the fore notes of dried fruit, nuts and gentle spice – a complex, mature Highland whisky with a warm character.

The Original 12 Years Old:

Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Fresh and floral, with citrus, vanilla, pear and a hint of coconut.

Palate: Smooth and creamy, with honey, almonds and a light malty sweetness.

Finish: Light, elegant and delicately spicy, with floral notes.

The Quinta Ruban 14 Years Old:

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Intense and rich, with dark chocolate, orange peel, wild berries and spices.

Taste: Full-bodied, with port-like sweetness, nuts, pepper, liquorice and dried fruit.

Finish: Long and complex, with dark fruit, cocoa and oak spice.

The Lasanta 15 Years Old:

Colour: Copper-gold.

Nose: Rich and warm, with raisins, toffee, sherry fruits and cinnamon.

Taste: Smooth and deep, with fig, honey, caramel and a hint of clove.

Finish: Long-lasting, with notes of sherry, spices and toasted wood.
