EVO Grappa Riserva is a high-quality, aged grappa from Italy that impresses with its balanced complexity, depth and refined structure. Produced from selected pomace from various grape varieties and distilled using traditional methods in copper stills, this grappa embodies the fusion of classic distilling craftsmanship and elegant ageing. As a ‘Riserva’, Italian law stipulates that it must be aged in wooden casks for at least 18 months – however, the EVO Grappa Riserva utilises distillates that have been aged for considerably longer to create a particularly harmonious overall profile.

The long ageing period in carefully selected oak casks lends it remarkable depth, a smooth texture and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity notes. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this grappa is full-bodied yet always elegant and approachable – ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate matured distillates with character.

Tasting Note

Colour: Light brown with amber highlights.

Aroma: Complex and multi-layered, with ripe dark fruit aromas underpinned by cinnamon, liquorice, cloves and a subtle hint of vanilla.

Taste: Smooth and rounded, with a delicate sweetness on the palate reminiscent of crème caramel. This is followed by notes of ripe dates and a hint of panettone, which enhance the mouthfeel.

Finish: Velvety and warming, with a smooth, long-lasting finish.

EVO Grappa Riserva is perfect for enjoying neat in a bulbous grappa glass at room temperature.
