Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks preserve the freshness, clarity and juicy primary fruit of the Pinot Blanc. The house style is reflected here in pure precision and animating drinking pleasure - a wine that combines lightness with depth. The ageing potential extends to 2028, whereby the wine impresses with its youthful freshness even when young.

Tasting Note

In the glass, this Pinot Blanc has a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. It delights the palate with crisp acidity, fresh structure and well-integrated, clear fruit. The flavour is subtle and elegant, with hints of green apple, citrus and white flowers. On the finish, the wine is animating, straightforward and clean, making it particularly versatile.
