In its pure, unaged form, this Blanco tequila embodies the essence of the blue Weber agave and impressively brings out the plant’s natural flavours and textures.

What makes it special is the use of the Tahona method – a time-honoured process in which the agave heart (piña) is crushed using a large, heavy lava stone wheel. This process preserves the agave’s natural character, enhances its sweet, earthy notes and ensures a particularly smooth, nuanced distillate. Produced in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco, the process combines craftsmanship, patience and precision to create a premium product that blends the highest quality with authenticity.

With an alcohol content of 38% ABV, this tequila is delightful not only when enjoyed neat but also as an elegant base for high-quality cocktails – always with a focus on purity, provenance and artisanal excellence.

Tasting Note
