As is typical of the Martinique AOC, this fine rhum agricole is based on freshly pressed sugar cane juice instead of molasses, which gives it its authentic, terroir-influenced character. The designation "Chauffe Extrême" refers to the particularly strong toasting of the oak barrels in which the rum matures. This extreme barrel toasting brings intense roasted flavours and deep woody spice to the rum's aromas.

With a strong alcohol content of 46.9% vol., this rhum agricole is expressive, complex and elegant at the same time. It comes from a limited single cask series (single batch), which further emphasises its exclusivity.
