Martini L’Aperitivo Extra Dry Vermouth is a classic amongst vermouth specialities and, since its launch in 1900, has come to symbolise Italian elegance and sophisticated bar culture. Produced in the Piedmont region, this Extra Dry Vermouth combines the flavours of exquisite white wines with a fine selection of herbs, floral notes and subtle citrus zest – masterfully balanced and with an unmistakable character.

With an alcohol content of 18 % vol., this vermouth is dry, slightly tart and extremely versatile. It is based on selected white wines, which are refined with a secret infusion of herbs and spices. The result is a stylish aperitif that is delightful served neat on ice, with lemon, or as an essential ingredient in numerous classic cocktails such as the Dry Martini, Vesper or Martini Royale. Tasting Note

In the glass, it is pale golden with greenish highlights. On the nose, there are delicate herbal notes, white blossoms, citrus zest and a subtle, spicy dryness. On the palate, the Martini Extra Dry is fresh, crisp and expressive, with a dry finish, floral lightness and a hint of bitter herbs on the finish. A balanced, aromatically complex vermouth with excellent mixability.

Ideal served neat over ice with a splash of lemon, or as a base for classic cocktails such as the Dry Martini, Gibson or Martini Fiero Spritz. Also highly versatile in modern bar culture.
