This gave rise to the concept of ‘after-care’ parties for mums – 180 minutes of freedom, from 8 pm to 11 pm. Today, this format is celebrated by women throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland – and Ruby has long since become more than just a liqueur: it’s part of a lifestyle for women who celebrate life – in their own way.
