Ginraw is produced through an elaborate process in which the botanicals are distilled partly using traditional methods in a copper still and partly at low temperature in a rotary evaporator – ensuring that even the finest volatile aromas are preserved. The selection of ingredients reflects both Mediterranean and exotic influences: juniper berries, lemon peel, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, cardamom, coriander seeds and galangal create a precisely balanced flavour profile that is particularly clear, fresh and elegant.
