Sipsmith London Dry Gin is a modern classic that combines the spirit of traditional British distilling with contemporary flair. Produced at the Sipsmith Distillery in London, this gin was the first to be distilled in a copper still within London in 2009 after a gap of almost 200 years – a milestone in the craft gin movement. With an alcohol content of 41.6 % vol., it offers a finely balanced, full-bodied flavour profile that is ideal for classic gin cocktails.
Ten carefully selected botanicals are used, including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, cinnamon, lemon peel and liquorice. Distillation takes place in small batches under the supervision of master distillers – a true mark of quality. The gin is unsweetened, unflavoured and meets the strict criteria of a genuine London Dry Gin. Sipsmith has now won numerous international awards and is regarded as the benchmark for quality and authenticity in the gin sector.

Tasting Note
Colour: Crystal clear.
Nose: Pronounced juniper with citrus, floral notes and a spicy undertone.
Palate: Dry, classic with dominant juniper, fresh citrus notes and a hint of liquorice spice.
Finish: Clean, long-lasting, elegantly dry with a gentle herbal freshness.
Ideal for classic gin and tonics with a dry tonic water and a twist of lime or lemon. Also perfect in cocktails such as the Martini, Negroni or Tom Collins.
