The Bulgarini 010 Lugana DOC 2024 comes from the heart of the renowned Lugana region in Lombardy and represents a white wine of impressive finesse and depth. Made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana, it showcases the region's typical grape variety with all its expressiveness and elegance.

The wine is vinified by the Bulgarini family winery with the highest standards of craftsmanship. After gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place - partly in stainless steel and partly in Bonneaux barrels - followed by extensive ageing on the lees, which gives the wine its dense structure, aromatic complexity and fine creaminess. With an alcohol content of 13.5 % vol. and a dry, fruity style, the 010 Lugana offers a perfect balance between freshness, body and character.

Its origin and ageing give it ageing potential until at least 2028, making it a versatile, long-lasting white wine with a sophisticated character.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the wine has an intense straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose reveals fine aromas of ripe peach, white flowers, citrus fruit and notes of green apple and lime. On the palate, Bulgarini 010 Lugana is balanced and lively, characterised by an animating acidity and subtle minerality. The fruit flavours continue elegantly and end in a long, fresh finish with a delicate melt.

An ideal accompaniment to seafood, grilled or fried fish, risotto with lemon, vitello tonnato or summer pasta with herbs. It also unfolds its full potential with fine antipasti, poultry dishes or goat's cheese. Served chilled at 8-10 °C, the wine is perfect for festive occasions, summer evenings or as a stylish accompaniment to light cuisine.
