Martini Sparkling Wine Asti DOCG is a high-quality, aromatic sparkling wine from Italy that combines the elegant lightness of Piedmont with the famous Moscato Bianco grape at its very best. It is produced by the long-established Martini & Rossi brand, which has stood for Italian sparkling wine craftsmanship and joie de vivre for over 160 years. The grapes come from the rolling hills around Asti, one of the oldest and most renowned growing regions for Moscato wines, where the Mediterranean climate and limestone soils create the perfect conditions for aromatic white wines.


Following a gentle harvest, the Moscato grapes are fermented using the Charmat method, which preserves the natural fruit aromas and delicate effervescence. Martini Asti DOCG delights with its harmonious balance of sweetness, freshness and intense fruitiness. With an alcohol content of just 7.5% ABV, it is pleasantly light and embodies pure Italian joie de vivre – ideal for festive occasions, sparkling evenings and unforgettable moments of indulgence.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Martini Sparkling Wine Asti DOCG presents itself as a pale straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and a fine, long-lasting effervescence. On the nose, fresh aromas of peach and sage unfold, accompanied by subtle notes of pear and pineapple. On the palate, it is soft, fruity and harmonious, with a gentle sweetness and lively freshness. The finish is round, light and long-lasting, characterised by fruity and floral nuances.

Martini Sparkling Wine Asti DOCG is the perfect accompaniment to desserts featuring fresh fruit, fruit tarts, strawberry tiramisu or panna cotta with citrus fruits. It also reveals its unique charm as an aperitif or paired with a selection of fine cheeses. Served chilled at 6–8 °C, it is at its very best. It is ready to drink within two to three years of bottling.
