This legend lives on today – through the Ruanoko Rum Company in Vienna, which is reinterpreting this forgotten art.

With dedication, a handcrafted spirit is created here, combining cask-aged rum with cold brew coffee, dark chocolate and macadamia. The result is a distinctive taste experience with depth, structure and soul. Produced in small batches, using 100 % natural ingredients, vegan, and powered by 100 % renewable energy, this spirit embodies modern craftsmanship with a sustainable ethos.

With an alcohol content of 34 % vol., this spirit – limited to 322 bottles – is pleasantly light on alcohol but all the more intense in flavour. The combination of coffee beans, rum and cocoa creates an aromatic profile that tastes like a dark, strong espresso – but with the smooth, warm character of aged rum.
