Tasting Note

In the glass, French Bloom Le Blanc 0.0% Alcohol appears light and brilliant, with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, fresh aromas of pear, acacia and honeysuckle unfold, complemented by white flowers, tropical fruits and citrus notes. On the palate, it is lively, silky and mineral, with crisp fruit, Granny Smith apple, spicy citrus notes and delicate honey-like nuances. The finish is elegant, fresh and harmonious.

French Bloom Le Blanc should be served very cold at 2–4 °C, preferably in a champagne flute. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed in a larger glass over ice with a generous slice of lime.
