For the Clydebuilt DRAUGHTSMAN, selected single malts from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay have been blended together. The whisky underwent its final maturation in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, which lend it a particularly elegant depth and complexity. Bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration and without colouring, this expression offers an authentic, multi-layered tasting experience. The elegant gift packaging emphasises the quality of this limited edition series.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with a reddish sheen.

Nose: Complex aromas of raisins, dried cherries and sherry sweetness, accompanied by dark chocolate, cinnamon, leather and a hint of campfire smoke.

Palate: Full-bodied and rounded with notes of dried fruit, toasted almonds, sweet oak, delicate hints of spice and a subtle smoky veil.

Finish: Medium-long to long, pleasantly spicy with notes of ripe fruit, toffee and elegant sherry cask warmth.
