Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with a mahogany sheen.

Nose: Expressive, with aromas of raisins, vanilla, oak, prunes and subtle spicy notes such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: Full-bodied and rounded with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, candied fruit and lightly toasted wood. Subtle sweetness and well-integrated tannins provide balance.

Finish: Lang, warm and elegant with hints of coffee, spices, oak and a touch of tobacco.

Rum Malecon 21-Year-Old Reserva Imperial is excellent as a digestif with dark chocolate, roasted nuts or fine cigars.
