Particularly noteworthy is the innovative production method: the alcohol is removed by reverse osmosis – a particularly gentle process that allows the delicate aromas, fruitiness and bouquet of the original wine to be largely preserved. In this process, the wine is forced through a membrane under high pressure, separating it into two liquids: an aromatically concentrated solution and a mixture of water and alcohol. The alcohol is removed by heating and the wine is then topped up with water to the desired volume. The natural cork closure underlines the commitment to quality and sets this non-alcoholic sparkling wine apart from many comparable products.
