Tasting Note

In the glass, Mionetto IL SPR!Z presents itself in a vibrant orange-red colour with golden highlights. On the nose, it unfolds with an inviting aroma of ripe apples and exotic fruits, accompanied by sweet oranges, zesty citrus notes and a hint of delicately tart herbs. On the palate, the drink is refreshingly lively, well-balanced and aromatic, with a slight hint of bitterness on the finish – exactly as a traditional Spritz should be.

Mionetto IL SPR!Z tastes best well chilled at 5–7 °C. Ideally served in a bulbous wine glass with plenty of ice and fresh mint leaves – for the perfect aperitif experience. It pairs superbly with light antipasti, olives, crostini with tomato or goat’s cheese, as well as with snacks and small canapés at summer terrace parties.
