This flavoured, wine-based drink combines Italian joie de vivre with a modern, uncomplicated style and is the perfect choice for a sparkling moment of pleasure - whether on its own or as an aperitif at social gatherings. Based on the proven quality of Mionetto and produced according to the Méthode Charmat, IL SPR!Z impresses with its refreshing composition of selected white wines, natural fruit and herbal flavours and its light, invigorating style.
Founded in 1887 in the heart of the Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene, Mionetto is steeped in tradition and stands for timeless elegance, the highest level of craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. IL SPR!Z also reflects this claim in a refined combination of freshness, fruitiness and a gentle, harmonious bitterness. With its moderate alcohol content of 8% by volume, it is an ideal companion for relaxed moments, after-work drinks or summer get-togethers with friends.
Tasting Note
In the glass, Mionetto IL SPR!Z presents itself in a bright orange-red colour with golden reflections. An inviting aroma of ripe apples and exotic fruits unfolds on the nose, accompanied by sweet oranges, tangy citrus notes and a hint of fine tart herbs. On the palate, the drink is refreshingly lively, balanced and aromatic with a slight bitter note on the finish - just as a traditional Spritz should be.
Residual sugar: 75-85 g/l
Mionetto IL SPR!Z tastes best chilled at 5-7 °C. Ideally served in a bulbous wine glass with plenty of ice and fresh mint leaves - for the perfect aperitivo enjoyment. An excellent accompaniment to light antipasti, olives, crostini with tomato or goat's cheese, as well as snacks and small bites at summer terrace parties.
