Mionetto IL SPR!Z 0.75 l is a modern tribute to the classic Venetian aperitif and brings Italian joie de vivre to any occasion. This flavoured, wine-based drink was created by the long-established Prosecco house Mionetto and captivates with its effervescent freshness, fruity aromas and harmonious balance. It is based on high-quality white wine, which is vinified using the Charmat method and refined with natural flavours. Mionetto’s IL SPR!Z draws on the characteristic elements of the classic Spritz: a pleasant hint of bitterness, harmoniously embedded in a lively fruit profile. Fresh apples, exotic fruits and sweet citrus notes blend with selected herbs to create a full-bodied yet invigorating profile. With an alcohol content of 8% vol., it is pleasantly light and ideal for summer evenings, social gatherings or as an uncomplicated yet stylish aperitif. Tasting Note
In the glass, Mionetto IL SPR!Z displays a vibrant orange-red colour with golden highlights. The nose is characterised by intense notes of ripe apples and exotic fruits, rounded off by sweet oranges, fresh lemon and delicate herbs. On the palate, the drink delights with lively freshness, a fine effervescence, fruity intensity and a subtle, pleasantly bitter complexity on the finish.
Residual sugar: 75–85 g/l
Best served at 5–7 °C – ideally well chilled in a bulbous wine glass with plenty of ice. Fresh mint leaves or a twist of orange zest perfectly highlight the aromas.
