The Mionetto Prosecco Vino Frizzante Treviso DOC is a delicately sparkling interpretation of the classic Prosecco style from the renowned Treviso wine-growing region in Veneto. This frizzante is made from the traditional Glera grape variety and is a typical Italian sparkling wine with a moderate alcohol content and an elegant effervescence. Fermentation takes place using the Méthode Charmat, a gentle tank fermentation process that preserves the freshness and aromatic profile of the Glera grape.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Prosecco Vino Frizzante displays a clear, straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. The bubbles are fine and lively. On the nose, fruity aromas of green apple, pear and citrus unfold, underpinned by floral notes of white blossoms. On the palate, the wine is fresh, well-balanced and pleasantly fruity, with a delicate effervescence and a harmonious, slightly mineral finish.

This Prosecco Frizzante is a versatile accompaniment to food and is excellent as an aperitif or with light dishes.
