Mionetto Prosecco BIO Organic Extra Dry DOC combines the highest standards of quality with sustainable wine enjoyment and the Italian way of life. Made from Glera grapes cultivated in accordance with the strict guidelines of organic farming, this Prosecco is produced entirely without synthetic chemical pesticides or artificial fertilisers. The result is an authentic, varietal spumante that not only delights the palate but has also been produced with environmental awareness.

Mionetto, a brand steeped in tradition and based in the heart of Valdobbiadene since 1887, combines a love of nature with modern winemaking techniques in this Biologico Extra Dry. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to optimally preserve the aromatic freshness and elegance of the Glera grape. As well as the contents, the bottle’s design is also a delight – sustainably conceived and featuring a modern look. With an alcohol content of 11 % vol. and a harmoniously integrated residual sweetness, this Prosecco is accessible, stylish and lively.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Mionetto BIO Prosecco shimmers with a bright straw-yellow colour and a fine, persistent effervescence. On the nose, elegant aromas of golden apple, delicate hints of orange and floral notes of acacia blossom unfold. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with lively fruitiness, subtle sweetness and a pleasant, delicately sparkling finish – an authentic expression of its organic origins.
