Mionetto MO Sergio is an elegant, modern spumante that embodies the Italian way of life in its purest form. Produced using the Charmat method and aged for at least six months on the fine lees, the result is a sparkling wine with a fine perlage, lively freshness and a distinct style. The cuvée is based on the time-honoured Glera grape variety, which is renowned for its fruity, floral characteristics and forms the foundation of high-quality Prosecco.

Since 1887, Mionetto has stood for quality, innovation and design. Based in Valdobbiadene – the heart of the Prosecco region – the house combines traditional values with modern winemaking techniques. Tasting Note

In the glass, the MO Sergio displays a delicate straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet entices with notes of fresh honey, ripe apples, honeydew melon and floral hints. On the palate, this spumante is dry, with a pleasantly smooth texture, balanced acidity and a delicate, slightly bitter finish that lends the wine depth and length.
