Martini Prosecco D.O.C. is a stylish, sparkling wine from the Veneto region in northern Italy, made from the Glera grape variety, which lies at the heart of every authentic Prosecco production. As one of the most traditional names in the sparkling wine sector, Martini & Rossi has stood for the Italian way of life, quality and worldwide renown since 1863. With its Prosecco D.O.C., Martini presents a sparkling wine that is both classic and modern in style – light, fresh and approachable, with a fine effervescence and elegant fruitiness.

It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks. This process preserves the primary aromas of the Glera grape and produces a particularly fruit-forward and lively Prosecco. Martini Prosecco has a moderate alcohol content of 11% ABV, making it an ideal choice for many occasions – from an aperitif to a festive meal.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Martini Prosecco displays a pale straw-yellow colour with a lively, fine effervescence. The nose offers aromas of green apple, pear, citrus fruits and white flowers, underpinned by a hint of stone fruit. On the palate, this sparkling wine is fresh, dry and harmonious, with balanced acidity and a fruit-driven, slightly mineral finish that is pleasantly invigorating.

Martini Prosecco is an ideal aperitif, but is equally well suited as an accompaniment to light starters, antipasti, prosciutto, seafood or fresh salads with goat’s cheese. It also pairs superbly with lighter pasta dishes, risotto with citrus fruits or summery fruit desserts. Best served well chilled at 6–8 °C.
