The Poli Grappa di Bolgheri Sassicaia 2019 is an elegant vintage grappa, distilled from the high-quality pomace of the famous Tuscan wine Sassicaia – one of Italy’s most renowned red wines, with international cult status. The grappa is produced at the Poli Distillery in Veneto, a family-run distillery with a rich tradition dating back to 1898.
