The Convocation 14 Years Old is a so-called single blended rum, a speciality of the Foursquare Distillery, created by blending distillates produced in pot stills and column stills. This rum was then matured for 14 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks in Barbados, which gives it its deep, complex spectrum of aromas. Bottled at cask strength at a robust 62 per cent ABV, it is presented in its purest form, without chill filtration or colouring – a true treat for connoisseurs and collectors alike.
