AI GALLI Cuvée Rosé Brut is a fine, elegant sparkling wine from the eastern Veneto region that combines the lightness of the Italian way of life with aromatic expressiveness. The cuvée consists of 90% Glera - the classic Prosecco grape variety - and 10% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), which not only gives the wine its delicate rosé colour, but also structure and aromatic depth. The combination of these two grape varieties brings freshness, elegance and a charming fruitiness to the glass.

The grapes come from medium-density clay soils and are vinified using a gentle rosé vinification process with short maceration (max. 36 hours). This is followed by gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then fermented a second time in a pressurised vat using the Charmat method until the desired pressure of approx. 6 bar is reached. Fermentation is stopped by rapid cooling, and a month of ageing on the fine lees provides additional harmony and complexity.

With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Rosé Brut is lively, dry and particularly easy to drink - a versatile sparkling wine for stylish moments and summery enjoyment.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the AI GALLI Cuvée Rosé Brut is a delicate pink colour with shiny onion skin reflections and a fine perlage. The nose is characterised by a fresh, vinous fragrance, accompanied by aromas of ripe apples and delicate apricots. On the palate, the sparkling wine is tangy, balanced and refreshingly dry, with clear fruit, lively acidity and an animating, elegant finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and equally versatile to enjoy with a variety of spicy Italian appetisers, fish starters, light herb dishes and Asian-inspired dishes with a subtle spiciness.
