AI GALLI Pinot Nero Veneto IGT is a single-varietal red wine made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), which combines the finesse of this sophisticated grape variety with the aromatic expressiveness of eastern Veneto. The grapes come from our own vineyards in Pramaggiore, where they grow on medium-density clay soils - ideal conditions for Pinot Noir with elegance, structure and finesse.

Vinification is carried out in the classic red wine fermentation on the skins: fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C, using carefully selected yeasts. After pressing, the wine continues to mature in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic clarity and freshness. The style remains deliberately purist, without the use of wooden barrels - allowing the Pinot Nero to show itself in its pure, fruit-driven form.

With an alcohol content of 13% vol., this wine stands for balance, lightness and complexity - a typical representative of a fruity, delicately flavoured Pinot Noir from northern Italy.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the young Pinot Nero has a strong ruby red colour that changes to garnet red as it matures. The nose reveals a delicate, varietal aroma reminiscent of raspberries and mixed red berries. The palate is dry, gently aromatic, with balanced acidity and elegantly integrated tannins. The wine is fresh, fine and round - with a classic Pinot structure.

This Pinot Nero is particularly versatile. It harmonises perfectly with white and red meat, mature hard cheese and grilled fish, which emphasises its fine style. Ideal for light to medium-bodied dishes, pasta with mushrooms or Mediterranean cuisine. A balanced red wine that allows for many culinary combinations while always remaining elegant.
