AI GALLI Chardonnay Frizzante is a finely sparkling semi-sparkling wine (Frizzante) from Veneto that interprets the elegant freshness of Chardonnay in a charming way. Unlike a spumante, this frizzante has a moderate carbonic acidity, making it particularly soft, easily accessible and pleasant on the palate. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it impresses with its varietal character, liveliness and fine fruit flavours. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C for 10 to 12 days. This is followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method, which preserves the freshness of the fruit and develops a fine sparkling effect.

With 11% alcohol by volume, this frizzante is light, easy to drink and ideal for informal moments of enjoyment. The recommended consumption temperature is 8-10 °C, which allows the fine fruit flavours to develop optimally. The wine can be kept for 1 to 2 years and is particularly impressive in its youth thanks to its freshness and clarity.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the AI GALLI Chardonnay Frizzante has a light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and a gentle, even perlage. The nose has fresh aromas of green apple, lemon and a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate, the Frizzante is light-footed, refreshing and dry with fine fruit and lively acidity. The finish is clear, animating and accompanied by a delicate mousseux.

This Chardonnay Frizzante is an excellent accompaniment to light starters, seafood, summer dishes or fine pasta dishes with vegetables or fish.
