A.H. Riise Black Spinel BLACK GEM COLLECTION Spirit Drink 46.1% vol. 0.7l in a gift box online kaufen

A.H. Riise Black Spinel is an exclusive and strictly limited-edition release from the premium Black Gem Collection, characterised by intense aromas, exceptional cask maturation and a high standard of craftsmanship. This rum-based spirit is crafted from carefully selected distillates from the Caribbean and matured in special casks to develop a particularly dark, spicy and complex profile. The name ‘Black Spinel’ refers to the gemstone of the same name – a metaphor for depth, purity and radiance.

With an alcohol content of 46.1 % vol., this bottling is powerful and aromatic without losing any of its elegance. It is, of course, bottled without chill filtration, thereby fully preserving the full-bodied character of the rums used and the influences of the casks. The elegant gift box emphasises the collector’s value of this bottling, which is aimed particularly at lovers of intense Caribbean flavours.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep, almost ink-black mahogany.

Nose: Dark treacle, vanilla, oak, cloves, dark berries and subtle toasty notes.

Palate: Full-bodied, spicy and velvety with flavours of brown sugar, toasted wood, dried fruit, muscovado sugar and a hint of coffee and liquorice.

A.H. Riise Black Spinel is ideal for savouring neat at room temperature or with a few drops of water. It is also perfect as a luxurious finale to a dinner or for exclusive rum tastings. Culinary pairings include dark chocolate, dried dates, hazelnut brittle, or even savoury dishes with roasted flavours, such as game terrine or grilled steak. It is also a treat when enjoyed with a fine cigar. An expressive premium spirit with a Caribbean soul and a touch of luxury.
