The blue Weber agave used comes exclusively from the legally protected tequila-growing region and is processed using traditional methods: Boiling the agave hearts in stone ovens, slow fermentation and double distillation ensure a clear and expressive flavour profile. Tasting Note

Colour: Pale gold with a slight amber sheen.

Nose: Gentle, with aromas of vanilla, honey, subtle wood, caramel and fresh agave.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with notes of oak, sweet agave, cinnamon, white pepper and a hint of citrus.

Finish: Medium to long, with a spicy warmth and a delicate sweetness lingering on the palate.

Topanito Reposado is excellent enjoyed neat at room temperature or on the rocks to appreciate its barrel ageing.
