NikStiv was developed by the two young oenologists Stefan and Niki from Stefanshof, who have reinterpreted traditional verjus using innovative methods. Following gentle processing, the drink is carbonated and bottled using cold pasteurisation, which ensures that its natural freshness and delicate fruit aromas are perfectly preserved.
