This unpeated single malt Scotch whisky is matured exclusively in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks made from American and European oak, in both first-fill and refill casks, resulting in exceptional depth and complexity.


With a maturation period of 21 years, the Tamdhu 21 Years Old develops a multi-layered aroma profile characterised by intense woody notes, fruity elements and warm spices. Bottled at 47.5 per cent, without chill filtration and in its natural colour, the original character of this Speyside single malt whisky is fully preserved. Tasting Note

Colour: Natural dark gold to amber.

Nose: Sherry oak, chocolate, sultanas, cinnamon, warm cereal notes.

Palate: Christmas cake, raisins, candied orange, gentle oak.

Finish: Long-lasting, oak and spices, with a sweet fruity finish.

The Tamdhu 21 Years Old Speyside Single Malt is excellent enjoyed neat, ideally at room temperature or with a small drop of water, which allows the complex flavours to open up further. On the palate, this sherry cask-matured single malt whisky pairs particularly well with desserts such as Christmas biscuits, fruit cakes, chocolate desserts or nut-based treats.
