This brandy is matured using the classic Solera method in former sherry casks, primarily made of American oak, which previously contained Oloroso sherry. This method of maturation results in a particularly smooth, harmonious and aromatically complex profile.

With an alcohol content of 36 % vol., Fundador Solera Reserva is a smooth yet characterful brandy that is equally impressive when enjoyed neat or in mixed drinks. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Ripe grapes, vanilla, toasted wood, light caramel notes and a hint of dried fruit.

Palate: Smooth, balanced and full-bodied with nuances of oak, raisins, sherry sweetness and a subtle hint of toasty aromas.

Finish: Medium-length, rounded and slightly sweet with subtle spiciness.
