The whisky, which has been matured predominantly in American oak sherry casks, unfolds fruity and floral aromas that are wonderfully balanced by European oak. The latter lends it a rich, toasty depth and a subtle astringency, whilst the bourbon casks add a finishing sweetness that echoes the dessert wine notes of Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. Steeped in tradition and rich in stories, the synergies between The Macallan and JING Tea are celebrated in a ritual that combines heritage and artistry.
