The name ‘9 Moons’ refers to a nine-month maturation process in hand-selected oak casks, which gives the gin a warm, golden colour and complex aromas.

The Solera Reserve Edition utilises the Solera system – a traditional ageing process in which spirits of different ages are continuously blended together. This ensures consistently high quality with a harmonious flavour profile. The gin is based on the classic Martin Miller’s Gin with its characteristic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, citrus fruits and cassia, which are complemented by notes of vanilla, honey and subtle woodiness thanks to the cask maturation.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold.

Nose: A harmonious blend of juniper and citrus with soft vanilla notes, honey, spices and a subtle woody note.

Palate: Smooth, round and well-balanced, with a fresh juniper base, sweet vanilla accents, caramel, ripe citrus fruits and a hint of spices.

Finish: Medium-length, smooth and slightly sweet with subtle oak notes.
