Kota Pandan Liqueur 18% ABV, 0.7 l, is an innovative premium liqueur that showcases the Southeast Asian pandan plant – often referred to in Asia as the ‘vanilla of the East’. It is produced in Dijon, France, by the renowned liqueur manufacturer Gabriel Boudier, in close collaboration with the well-known bartender Nico de Soto. The aim of this creation is to make the exotic aromas of pandan leaves accessible in a modern, high-quality liqueur.


It is produced by macerating fresh pandan leaves in neutral grain spirit for several days. This captures the characteristic flavours: a fascinating blend of vanilla, almond, butter biscuit and a subtle grassy note. With an alcohol content of 18% vol., Kota Pandan Liqueur is pleasantly mild, yet very aromatic. Its complexity makes it an exceptional ingredient in modern mixology and a popular highlight in bars around the world.
