Veuve Clicquot Champagne Rich 12% vol., 0.75 l, is an exceptional cuvée from the world-renowned champagne house Veuve Clicquot, which has stood for innovation, quality and style since 1772. With Champagne Rich, this traditional house has created a modern interpretation of champagne, developed specifically for creative mixing ideas. It is aimed at connoisseurs who wish to experience champagne not only in the traditional way, but also as a base for innovative cocktail creations.


The blend comprises the classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir dominates, providing structure and body, whilst Pinot Meunier lends fruity roundness and Chardonnay contributes elegance and freshness. What makes Veuve Clicquot Rich special is its slightly higher dosage (residual sugar), which gives it a fuller, more aromatic style. This makes it ideal for mixing with fresh ingredients such as cucumber, pepper, pineapple, ginger or tea – depending entirely on personal taste.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Veuve Clicquot Rich displays a radiant golden-yellow colour with a lively, fine perlage. On the nose, fruity aromas of citrus, stone fruit and tropical fruit dominate, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is full-bodied, intensely aromatic and yet elegant, with a balance of freshness, sweetness and a creamy mousse. The finish is long and seductive.
