The Tidal Gold Rum 40% Vol. 0.7 litre is an exceptional craft rum that has its roots in the Caribbean and receives its final refinement on the Channel Island of Jersey. This unique creation combines the warmth and diversity of Caribbean rum tradition with the maritime flavours of the Jersey coastline.

It is made from a blend of rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each aged for between two and three years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. This careful barrel ageing gives it a base of golden sweetness, oak spice and soft balance. The rum is then infused with oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed, a rare marine plant that is only collected on the Jersey coast at high tide.


The result is a sophisticated and complex rum that delights with deep, earthy truffle flavours, maritime spice and subtle smoky accents. Bottled at 40% vol., it offers a multi-layered enjoyment experience that captures the spirit of the coast and is suitable for both special moments and social evenings.
