The Tidal Spiced Rum 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a sophisticated further development of the Tidal Rum range and brings the unmistakable flavour of the British coastal landscape of Jersey to the glass. It is based on a carefully selected premium rum that is refined with natural coastal plants. What makes this bottling so special is the addition of red dulse, a valuable seaweed that is collected by hand from the coasts of Jersey at low tide.


This rare ingredient gives the rum a harmonious balance of sea salt and peppery notes, which combine with a subtle sweetness of dark chocolate.
