The Scallywag Winter Edition was initially matured in selected oak casks and then given a particularly refined finish in rare ice wine casks from Eastern Europe. This special secondary maturation lends the whisky a seductive sweetness and a delicate, fruity depth that harmonises perfectly with its lively character. The combination of the fresh elegance of Speyside malts and the honey-sweet, vinous nuances of the ice wine casks makes this whisky a true highlight for connoisseurs.


At 52.4% ABV, the whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, uncoloured and non-chill-filtered – an authentic taste experience full of intensity and depth. Nose: Sweet and inviting, with notes of honey, apple compote, pears, white grapes and winter spices.

Palate: Full-bodied, velvety and complex with ripe fruit, Eiswein-like sweetness, creamy malt, vanilla, honey and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish: Elegant and long-lasting with a delicate sweetness, woody notes and lingering warmth.
