Poli Super Taurus Bitter 25% ABV 0.7 l is a traditional Italian bitter aperitif, produced by the renowned Poli Distillery in Schiavon, Veneto. Since 1898, the distillery has been synonymous with the highest quality and artisanal distilling – known above all for its grappas, but also for its characterful liqueurs and bitters. With the Super Taurus, Poli brings a classic bitter to the market that impresses with its balanced recipe and delicate herbal notes.


This bitter liqueur is made using carefully selected herbs, roots and citrus peel, which are macerated using traditional methods. The result is a harmonious interplay of bitter, spicy and fresh notes, making Super Taurus a versatile aperitif. With an alcohol content of 25% vol., it is pleasantly robust, yet rounded and well-balanced.
