Poli Bassano del Grappa 24 Carati Oro is a fine, artisanally produced grappa from the long-established Poli Distillerie in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this grappa epitomises the finest Italian distilling craftsmanship, passion and decades of experience in refining fine pomace spirits.


The raw material is a cuvée of pomace from typical Veneto grape varieties, which forms the basis for its harmonious, complex character. The artisanal distillation takes place in small copper stills using the steam-flow method, a traditional technique that allows for a particularly gentle separation of the aromas, thereby preserving the freshness and elegance of the grapes. The grappa is then patiently aged in the estate’s underground cellars, giving it its golden colour and its smooth, finely textured body.
