The Poli Po’ Di Poli Grappa Aromatica 40% vol., 0.7 l in a tin box, is a particularly characterful Italian grappa, produced at the historic Poli Distillery in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa in the Veneto region. Since 1898, the family-run Poli business has stood for the highest quality, the art of artisanal distillation and a respectful approach to natural raw materials. The name Po’ Di Poli symbolises purity, clarity and the perfect balance between tradition and modern distillation techniques.


The sole raw material used is Gewürztraminer – a grape variety renowned for its intense, aromatic grapes. The production method is based on artisanal distillation using the discontinuous water-bath process, carried out in small batches. This traditional method allows for particularly gentle processing of the grape pomace, ensuring that the typical aromas of the Gewürztraminer grape are fully preserved. The result is an aromatic grappa that impresses with its purity, elegance and depth.
