Poli Miele Liquore a Base di Grappa is a fine, traditionally produced grappa-based honey liqueur that embodies the characteristic elegance and craftsmanship of the Poli Distillery in Schiavon, Veneto. With an alcohol content of 35 % vol. and a balanced blend of sweetness, spice and freshness, this liqueur combines the aromatic depth of grappa with the natural mildness of acacia honey.


The raw material used is the finest acacia honey, which is macerated in artisanally distilled grappa. The production method is based on a natural infusion of honey and a balanced blend of essential oils – including juniper, pine, mint and lemon verbena. These provide a refreshing, balsamic note and give the liqueur its distinctive, harmonious interplay of aromas.
