The Masi Campofiorin Rosso Verona IGT 2021 is a world-famous Italian red wine from Veneto, which has enjoyed cult status as a "Supervenetian" since its first bottling in 1964. It is made from a cuvée of the classic grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which thrive in the hills around Verona on mineral-rich soils. The double fermentation process developed by Masi is special: After the first fermentation, a portion of dried grapes is added to the young wine, giving it additional depth, fullness and complexity - similar to the process used for Amarone, but fresher and more elegant.


With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Campofiorin combines strength with elegance and is a prime example of Masi's innovative strength, masterfully combining tradition and modernity. Tasting Note

The Masi Campofiorin 2021 has a deep ruby red colour in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of ripe cherries, dark plums and wild berries, accompanied by subtle notes of cocoa, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with ripe tannins, balanced freshness and a long finish in which fruity and spicy nuances intertwine harmoniously.

This Rosso Verona is a versatile food companion. It is an excellent accompaniment to pasta with spicy sauces, grilled meat, lamb or game dishes. It also reveals its full potential with mature cheese.
