The cuvée consists of the classic grape varieties Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which find perfect conditions in Australia's warm climate. The wine is matured gently so that the varietal fruit flavours, soft tannins and accessible structure come into their own. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., 19 Crimes Red Wine is lighter than many other red wines from Australia and therefore offers an uncomplicated drinking flow that will delight both beginners and wine lovers.

Tasting Note

The 19 Crimes Red Wine has an intense ruby red colour in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of ripe berries such as blackberries and cherries, complemented by notes of vanilla, chocolate and spices. It is round and soft on the palate, with gentle tannins, fruity juiciness and a harmonious, medium-length finish.

This Australian red wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, pasta with spicy sauces, burgers or pizza. It is also ideal with mature cheese or as an uncomplicated companion for social evenings. Served at 14-16 °C, it unfolds its full fruitiness and cuts an excellent figure both in everyday life and on special occasions.
