Like all the wines in this Linie, the Sparkling White tells the story of the convicts who were deported to Australia in the 18th and 19th centuries - 19 Crimes gave the brand its name. The 19 Crimes Sparkling White is made from selected white grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which retain their fine fruit and fresh acidity in Australia's warm climate. The base wine is gently vinified and then carbonated to create the lively perlage. With an alcohol content of 10.5% by volume, it is lighter than many other sparkling wines and impresses with its refreshing, uncomplicated style. This Sparkling White is not a Prosecco, but an international sparkling wine that impresses with its style, lightness and unique brand identity.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the 19 Crimes Sparkling White is a light straw yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. The nose is dominated by aromas of green apples, pears and citrus fruits, complemented by light floral notes. It is fresh and fruity on the palate, with a pleasant acidity, gentle creaminess and a refreshing finish.

This Australian Sparkling White is perfect as an aperitif or for festive occasions. It goes wonderfully with light starters, fish, seafood or fresh summer salads.
