Like all the wines in this Linie, Revolutionary Rosé tells the stories of the 19 offences for which convicts were deported from Great Britain to Australia in the 18th and 19th centuries. Each bottle therefore not only represents wine enjoyment, but also a piece of living history.


This rosé is made from a cuvée of classic grape varieties such as Shiraz and Grenache, which develop their full fruit and flavour in Australia's warm climate. The grapes are harvested early and matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness, delicate fruit flavours and lively acidity. With an alcohol content of 10.5% by volume, Revolutionary Rosé is lighter than many other rosé wines, making it particularly accessible, fresh and easy to enjoy.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the 19 Crimes Revolutionary Rosé is a delicate salmon pink with brilliant reflections. The nose reveals aromas of strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants, accompanied by light floral notes. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and balanced, with fine acidity, elegant fruit and an animating, fruity-fresh finish.

This rosé made from Shiraz and Grenache is an ideal accompaniment to light starters, fresh summer salads, seafood, sushi or Mediterranean vegetables. It also impresses as an aperitif or convivial summer wine with its lightness and freshness.
