The Faustino VII Blanco Rioja DOC 2024 is a fresh, delicately fruity white wine from Spain that bears the elegant hallmarks of the long-established Bodegas Faustino. It comes from the famous Rioja wine region, where the harmonious combination of calcareous soils, a mild climate and meticulous vineyard management creates ideal conditions for white wines full of character. It is made exclusively from the Viura (Macabeo) grape variety, which is renowned in the Rioja for its lively freshness, delicate aromas and elegant structure.


Following a gentle harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the typical fruit aromas and natural freshness. The result is an authentic Rioja Blanco that impresses with its clarity, precision and modern elegance. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Faustino VII Blanco Rioja 2024 appears a pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and white blossoms unfold, accompanied by subtle notes of pear and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and well-balanced, with a refined acidity and a fruit-driven character. The finish is long-lasting, clean and elegant, with a delicate mineral aftertaste.

The Faustino VII Blanco Rioja DOC 2024 is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood, summer salads or light tapas. It also pairs wonderfully with poultry, pasta with lemon sauce, grilled vegetables or mild goat’s cheese. Served at a drinking temperature of 8–10 °C, it reveals its full freshness and aromatic complexity. It will be at its best until 2027.
