It is based on the award-winning and unique six-cask recipe that defines the distillery’s character. With an alcohol content of 61.6% vol. at natural cask strength, it is unadulterated, authentic and boasts impressive intensity.


The maturation process involves a blend of ex-rye whisky casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, each filled with both peated and unpeated spirit. This creates the characteristic combination of six cask types, which ensures a perfect balance between light peaty smokiness, fruity depth, spiciness and sweetness. The whisky impresses with its honey-gold colour and a subtle hint of red wine notes. It is bottled without chill filtration and without colouring agents, which guarantees its original purity and quality.
